Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.

Yes, WiFi is available in all areas of the property and is free of charge.

Breakfast is not served at the property, but room service is available and many restaurants and cafés are within a short walk.
Is there a swimming pool, restaurant or spa?
There is no swimming pool, restaurant or spa. Guests can use the fitness centre and the terrace, and order room service.
How far is the hotel from the centre of Al Ain?
The property is in the Central District, directly behind Al Ain Mall, so the city centre is right on the doorstep. Al Ain International Airport is about 22 km away.
Are the rooms suitable for families?
Yes. Family rooms are available and children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 14 and above are charged as adults. Cribs and extra beds are not available.
How can I pay?
This property accepts cash payments only. A refundable damage deposit of AED 50 is required on arrival and is returned by bank transfer within 7 days of check-out if no damage is found.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. All rooms are non-smoking and the minimum age for check-in is 18.
Is there an airport shuttle?
An airport shuttle service is not offered, but the front desk is happy to help you arrange a taxi or private transfer.
